Modern tennis – a viewpoint
I have been playing tennis for over two decades and I have been stringing for around 6 years. Today my client base is in excess of 270; not surprisingly, there is a common theme.

Around 7 out of 10 amateur tennis players today are playing with either the wrong racket or in most cases the wrong strings – quite a profound statement I hear you say. It’s based on fact.

So why are the strings so important?
One undeniable fact, the only thing that hits the ball (or should hit the ball!) is the strings.  In the sections to the left, we look in more detail at the types of strings available today.
